We connect users by taking keywords from recommendation inquiries and matching them with keywords from other users' previous check-ins and reviews. This helps users find the most reliable feedback.
Businesses have keywords associated with their location and services. When users visit their business, they’ll be automatically checked in using Levro technology.
Lervo begins creating a profile for users based on these check-ins. The keywords affiliated with the business impact which posts will appear on the users’ feed.
Now that users have individualized profiles, people can post that they’re looking for a recommendation. Levro will cross-reference the keywords from their post and send them to users based on their profiles.
